The Lost Boy 03:26
The lost boy became the homeless man Begging on street corners, his only plan To find the cash To buy the fix That takes him to a place he calls home The lost boy dreams of a better day When the homeless man will fade away And then he'll be Forever free To find the place he once called home The lost boy knows deep in his heart That the homeless man and he will never part Maybe one day They'll find a way To find a place they can call home

I've been sitting in the rain waiting for a rainbow Counting my blessings one by one Waiting for a better day to come It wasn't long ago, we were all together Laughing, drinking, having fun Now we're waiting for a better day to come Looking ahead, what do you see Does your future, still include me, or not? Lieing in the dark thinking about you So very far away I'm praying for a brand new day Our plans together will just have to wait dear Till all this madness has gone We'll just have to carry on Looking ahead, what do you see Does your future, still include me, or not? I've been sitting in the rain waiting for a rainbow Counting my blessings one by one Waiting for a better day to come I'm waiting for a better day to come We're all waiting for a better day to come

Caretakers 03:41
Even the mighty will crumble to dust Our time on the planet is measured in trust Trust that we'll see there is no way to own All that we gather from birth to full grown We are mere caretakers For generations yet to come We are simple curators Building to pass on Our arrogance blinds us to obvious truth Vanity and greed leads to wanton abuse We're anxiously seeking to socially fit Insatiable desire a bottomless pit We are mere caretakers For generations yet to come We are simple curators Building to pass on We visit museums and we stare at displays Forgotten generations long passed away A question we face having done what we've done Will anything be left that's worth passing on We are mere caretakers For generations yet to come We are simple curators Building to pass on Building to pass on

Inflation is spreading the nation is heading To erosion of wages in irreversible stages Life destroying, the medicine cloying Debt reduction means mass destruction Of life's enjoyment, without employment Of state intervention, reducing the pension Of those that worked hard, with little regard For dignified existance, there will be resistance To this engineered plan thought up by the man Who runs the Exchequer, he's the chief wrecker Of all of your dreams, with his lofty schemes That result in no gain, only in pain For the downtrodden masses, the underclasses Will be sacrificed on his alter of lies Your taxes squandered, have you ever wondered Why once public assets owned by the masses Are now in the hands of billionaire clans Who couldn't care less if your incomes a mess And you just can't afford to pay the landlord The ridiculous rent, after you've spent Your money on food to feed all your brood They just want your cash, to add to their stash They change all the rules to baffle the fools Who think life is fair and we all have a chair At the top table and anyone's able To get to the top, if they work hard non-stop Open your eyes, to their treacherous lies Don't play their game, their power will wane Take back your rights, stand up and fight For the poor and the weak, who have no-one to speak For them and their kin, above all the din That the Political class spout, call them out Ask them why, so many must die With so little equity, shout "no more austerity".

Electricity electricity is a luxury, a luxury, I just can't afford anymore. I used to pay sixty five quid every month, now they want four hundred and four. All my bulbs are LED, and its very hard to see just where any more cuts can be made The only ones at ease are the toffs and MP's, there's no electric for them that are poor I used to have a hot tub, all bubbles and froth, it were smashin to bathe for an hour now electrics gone up, I've emptied it out, and I'm strugglin to pay for a shower. Oh where will this end, I said to a friend, the other day filling lamps up with oil He said it'll only end, when, the the people rise up, and take back their rights and their power. Electricity electricity is a luxury, a luxury, I just can't afford anymore. I used to pay sixty five quid every month, now they want four hundred and four. All my bulbs are LED, and its very hard to see just where any more cuts can be made The only ones at ease are the toffs and MP's, there's no electric for them that are poor And now we have rationin, of electrical power, cause there's just not enough to go round and when you can get it, you just can't afford it, cause a kilowatt costs over a pound So I'll sit round me oil lamp, in midwinter tonight and think of good times when we had Electric to burn, without a care for the cost, and our Government wasn't run by a clown Electricity electricity is a luxury, a luxury, I just can't afford anymore. I used to pay sixty five quid every month, now they want four hundred and four. All my bulbs are LED, and its very hard to see just where any more cuts can be made The only ones at ease are the toffs and MP's, there's no electric for them that are poor The only ones at ease are the toffs and MP's, there's no electric for them that are poor

We don't want your war with Russia, China or Iran We don't want to fight Iraq again or Afghanistan We want you bloody warmongers to leave us all alone Your propaganda isn't cool This is not a combat zone. Well Mr Bush and Tony Blair and Colin Powell too told us they would save the world, they knew just what to do Blair said the British were at risk from WMD, he had a dossier sexed up for all us plebs to see. We don't want your war with Russia, China or Iran We don't want to fight Iraq again or Afghanistan We want you bloody warmongers to leave us all alone Your propaganda isn't cool This is not a combat zone. And then they all invaded lowly Afghanistan to find Mr Bin Laden the worlds most wanted man But when they didn't find him they went for Saddam Hussein and started Gulf War Two inflicting death, chaos and pain We don't want your war with Russia, China or Iran We don't want to fight Iraq again or Afghanistan We want you bloody warmongers to leave us all alone Your propaganda isn't cool This is not a combat zone. And now they start on Russia for stealing all our gas, yet Nord Stream two is ready but cannot get a pass And so they bait the bear threats of Ukraine in NATO, If the Russians don't back down this time, their war is set to go. We don't want your war with Russia, China or Iran We don't want to fight Iraq again or Afghanistan We want you bloody warmongers to leave us all alone Your propaganda isn't cool This is not a combat zone. Your propaganda isn't cool This is not a combat zone.
